The Challenge
Showd.me delivers fully-managed compliance training for healthcare providers, developing custom programs, sending them directly to staff and tracking completions. But while their platform was turnkey and modern, their website didn’t reflect that experience.
The old WordPress site, built on Beaver Builder, was slow, clunky and hard to manage. Animations failed to load, mobile layouts were inconsistent and content updates were tedious. Despite attracting more than 9,000 visitors per month, the site generated only 3 to 4 demo requests. Most of those were support inquiries from existing users.
With a new product version on the horizon, Showd.me needed a faster, clearer site that helped users take the right next step.
The Solution
Kiwi rebuilt the Showd.me site on HubSpot Content Hub, focusing on performance, conversion and ease of use.
We started by analyzing behavior patterns to understand where users were dropping off or requesting help through the wrong channels. Then we overhauled the site architecture and clarified messaging to show that Showd.me isn’t just another LMS—it’s a fully managed compliance training partner that reduces admin work and keeps teams on track.
Key improvements included:
- A custom 70-second explainer video with stock footage and animations
- A fully responsive design that fixed layout issues across mobile and tablet
- Clearer navigation and CTAs that route users to either sales or support
- A modular HubSpot build that lets the marketing team launch pages and publish content without dev support
The entire experience was redesigned to reflect the quality of the Showd.me platform and to make future growth easier.
The Outcome
Post-launch, the new site delivered immediate results:
- Demo request form fills up 189%
- Homepage load time reduced to 1.3 seconds, with a 91 Lighthouse score
- 13% increase in engagement time per user
Internally, the marketing team can now launch campaigns and update content faster, without tech bottlenecks. The new site gives them the flexibility to grow while improving the experience for both prospects and end users.
