HubSpot AI hasn’t worked for your team. Yet.
Maybe you’re afraid to switch it on. Maybe you did, and got generic outreach and cluttered data for your trouble. Or maybe you just haven’t found the use case that matters to your business yet.
None of that is the technology’s fault. The AI sits right on top of your CRM, but nobody gave it the personalized context and in-depth instructions it needed to be successful. Every output reads generic and teams stop trusting it.
HubSpot AI, built around your business
We architect the whole connected AI system, not one tool. Every agent gets a defined job, the right data behind it and instructions that reflect how your business actually works.
Outreach reads like your best rep wrote it. Records fill themselves in. Support answers in minutes, not days.
The result is an AI system that moves pipeline, productivity and revenue, not another gadget your team ignores.
FAQs about HubSpot AI
- What is Breeze Assistant?
Breeze Assistant is HubSpot’s built-in AI chat, like Claude or ChatGPT, but grounded in your CRM. Ask it anything in plain language and it answers with your real contacts, deals and data.
Your team can also approve agent actions right in the chat and describe new agents in a sentence, no code required.
- What is Agent Hub?
Agent Hub is the home base for HubSpot’s agents. Build custom agents, pick from the ready-made ones and see what every agent is doing, all from one screen.
Agent Hub comes free with every paid HubSpot plan, Starter through Enterprise. Agents run on HubSpot credits, so you pay for what your AI actually does.
- Can I build my own agents?
Yes. Agent Hub includes a visual builder, so you describe what you want an agent to do in plain language, connect it to your HubSpot data and set its tools. No code required, though developers can extend agents with API actions and custom logic.
You control what each agent can access, what it’s allowed to do on its own and how many credits it can spend. Start from scratch, clone an existing agent or customize one of HubSpot’s templates.
- What AI features consume HubSpot credits?
Plenty of HubSpot AI is still free, including most enrichment tools and anything in beta. The heavy hitters cost credits: agents, AI workflow automation, buyer intent monitoring and Data Studio syncs.
A simple one-time action, like a single automation or a data lookup, runs about 10 credits. Complex work, like an agent that monitors a contact over time or writes a full content piece, can run up to 1,000.
HubSpot publishes the full breakdown in its HubSpot’s Credit Rate Sheet.
- How much do credits cost? Do I get any for free?
Every Hub comes with free credits!
Your allotment is set by your highest-tier subscription and no…credits don’t stack across products:
- Starter: 500 credits per month
- Professional: 3,000 credits per month
- Enterprise: 5,000 credits per month
Adding Data Hub or the Customer Platform raises the bar:
- Professional: 5,000 credits per month
- Enterprise: 10,000 credits per month
Need more? You can buy credit packs or turn on pay-as-you-go.
- Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each month and do not roll over.
- What happens when you run out of HubSpot AI credits?
If you haven’t purchased add-on credits, credit-based features simply pause: agents stop running, AI workflow actions wait and buyer intent stops updating. Everything resumes when your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle, or sooner if you buy more.
If you have purchased additional credit packs, you have two choices for overages:
- Auto-Upgrade: HubSpot automatically adds another 1,000-credit capacity pack (currently $10 per month) and keeps it on your account through the rest of your contract term.
- Pay-As-You-Go: You pay HubSpot’s current overage rate, currently $0.010 per credit, for anything you use beyond your limit. Billed monthly, and your allowance resets to normal next cycle.
You can also set a maximum credit cap. Once you hit it, credit-based features pause until your next reset date or until you raise the limit.
