LaunchPad, a data enrichment engine built for marketers using Klaviyo, had strong product-market potential but lacked the structured marketing infrastructure required to scale.
Despite offering real demographic, behavioral and lifestyle data designed to increase retention and lifetime value, the company did not yet have a cohesive digital engine to support growth. The website did not clearly articulate its differentiation, SEO visibility was limited and conversion pathways were underdeveloped.

From there, we implemented a persona-driven content strategy focused on marketers seeking to:
