Their existing site was loaded with great content but felt unorganized and difficult to quickly navigate. The resource center was messy and assets—such as customer stories and video testimonials—were not utilized effectively.
The OnShift team was looking to better tell a story about their platform as a full-service solution, as opposed to just telling individual product stories. They felt that the existing site made OnShift seem small or narrow in scope when in reality it is a powerhouse that can service enterprise clients.
When searching for a marketing agency, OnShift was looking for a team with extensive HubSpot website knowledge and experience working in the SaaS space. Kiwi was the perfect match.
The Solution
Built on Content Hub, the newly revamped website not only looks fresh and modern, but also aids user navigation with the improved resource center and new touches such as a mega menu. As such, the site was strategically designed from the jump to show visitors that OnShift is a robust platform, not just individual software products.
To showcase their amazing content, the new site also features modules to exhibit video resources (testimonials, customer stories, etc.) and a searchable/filterable resource gallery so visitors can quickly find the content they want.

Comparing analytics to the same period in the previous year, their site has seen a:
