HubSpot website redesign for a global digital signage software platform

The Challenge

Rise Vision provides digital signage software used by schools and organizations worldwide. While the platform had strong adoption and product-market fit, the company’s website no longer reflected the maturity of the product or supported its next stage of growth.

The existing site suffered from outdated design, inconsistent navigation and limited conversion strategy. User journeys were not clearly structured, making it difficult for visitors to understand how the platform solved their specific needs or to take the next step.

Technical issues compounded the problem. Slow load times and weak Core Web Vital scores affected both user experience and search visibility. Metadata and on-page SEO were inconsistent, while accessibility standards were not fully met. The templated system that powered the site also limited marketing’s ability to launch campaigns or create new pages without development support.

The Solution

We restructured the site architecture to better organize content and guide visitors based on their needs and use cases. This improved navigation clarity while creating more intentional pathways toward high-value conversion actions.

HubSpot forms were redesigned and styled for responsiveness and usability, improving the experience across desktop and mobile devices while aligning with conversion best practices.

Behind the scenes, the rigid template system was replaced with flexible custom modules that allow Rise Vision’s marketing team to create pages, campaigns and landing experiences without developer bottlenecks.

Technical improvements focused on page speed, Core Web Vitals and SEO fundamentals, including improved metadata structure and on-page optimization. Accessibility standards were also addressed to ensure a more inclusive and compliant experience.

The Outcome

The new website transformed Rise Vision’s digital presence into a faster, more conversion-focused platform designed to support long-term growth.

Demo requests increased significantly across devices, with desktop submissions rising 52% and mobile submissions increasing 2.6x after launch. At the same time, page speed performance improved by 38%, strengthening both user experience and search performance.
