The Challenge

Yondr was using Mailchimp for email, JotForm for lead capture and Copper CRM for sales. These tools weren’t connected and data had to be exported and imported manually. Marketing lacked insight into campaign performance and with a Salesforce implementation on the horizon, they needed a more advanced platform that could support segmentation, reporting and seamless communication between marketing and sales.

Salesforce and HubSpot solution

The Solution

Kiwi onboarded Yondr to HubSpot Marketing Hub, replacing JotForm with native forms and migrating email campaigns from Mailchimp. The forms were rebuilt to support conditional logic and contact routing, ensuring the right team members were notified and only qualified leads moved forward.

We migrated over 150,000 existing records into HubSpot and synced another 80,000 between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure both systems had clean, consistent data.

We integrated HubSpot with Salesforce to lay the foundation for automated handoff between marketing and sales, with HubSpot set to send only MQLs and other contacts further down the funnel using a consistent and scalable logic model.

Yondr also connected their LinkedIn and Google Ads accounts to HubSpot, giving the team a complete picture of each campaign from first touch to closed-won. By building structured campaigns and leveraging HubSpot’s contact timeline, they now have clear visibility into how each lead is progressing and where marketing efforts are making an impact.

The Outcome

Yondr replaced three disconnected tools with one centralized system. Leads are now captured through HubSpot, automatically segmented and routed to the right internal team.

Immediately following implementation, over 3,300 new leads have come through HubSpot forms, compared to just 1,300 with JotForm—a 148% increase in leads! Campaign emails are more polished and frequent, and the team can see how contacts are interacting across forms, emails and paid ads.

Marketing now has full visibility into how leads progress in Salesforce and can tie campaign performance directly to ROI.
