Connect your entire tech stack to HubSpot

HubSpot’s App Marketplace offers thousands of native integrations. Zapier further extends connectivity across your platforms.

But to connect niche systems with complex requirements, you need a HubSpot integration partner. Our technical experts build custom integrations using APIs for advanced, bidirectional syncing between HubSpot and your wider tech stack.

The end result? A truly connected CRM.

FAQs about HubSpot integrations

  • Why would we need a HubSpot integration?

HubSpot is powerful, but no single platform does everything.

Your team likely relies on other tools for accounting, ERP, project management, e-commerce or industry-specific software that HubSpot was never designed to replace.

Integrations connect those systems by passing data between them via API (Application Programming Interface), eliminating manual exports, duplicate entry and the inevitable errors that come with both.

Integrations can be one-way or bidirectional, so you’ll want to know upfront whether you need data to push into HubSpot, out of HubSpot, or both directions.

  • Doesn’t HubSpot already have pre-made integrations?

Yes, HubSpot’s App Marketplace has 1,500+ integrations covering popular tools like Gmail, Slack, WordPress and more.

Most are straightforward to install on your own, though we’re happy to help if you get stuck (especially with the all-important Salesforce inclusion list!). That said, if you’re using a niche platform—or the native integration is too limited for your needs—you’ll likely need a custom integration.

  • What about Zapier or other middleware tools?

Middleware platforms like Zapier are worth exploring first and we can help you configure them if they fit your needs. But if the connector doesn’t support the functionality or data volume you require, a custom integration is the right call.

  • When do we actually need a custom integration?

    Ask yourself two questions:

    1. Does an integration already exist in HubSpot’s App Marketplace with everything I need?
    2. Will a middleware tool like Zapier cover it?

If the answer to both is no, you’re likely dealing with a niche platform or unique data requirements that call for a custom build.

In that case, we’ll use HubSpot’s API to connect directly to your platform’s API, giving you full control over what data moves, when and in which direction.

  • Can I build a custom integration myself?

HubSpot’s developer documentation isn’t exactly light reading. Unless your in-house team is comfortable with the API and has the bandwidth to take it on, partnering with a HubSpot agency is the faster and lower-risk path. We’re happy to point your team in the right direction if needed, but if you need someone to own the work end to end, that’s where we come in.

  • What does your integration process actually look like?

We document everything before a single line of code is written. That starts with gathering your business requirements, mapping each platform’s capabilities against HubSpot’s API and flagging any data quality or privacy considerations early.

From there we build a visual data flow diagram covering every object, property and relationship for your approval before development begins. Once approved, we build in a testing environment first, validate everything is working as expected and then deploy to your live server.

The result? Our developers know exactly what to build at every stage. And your stakeholders can follow along in the meeting instead of going quiet and hoping for the best.

  • What platforms have you integrated with HubSpot?

We’ve helped hundreds of customers connect HubSpot to outside systems through native apps, middleware and fully custom builds.

Custom integration work includes platforms like DealCloud, Shopify, Shopware, NetSuite, MySQL and more.

Disconnected systems lead to bad data

If your other software systems aren’t connected to HubSpot, you’re stuck managing data in multiple separate platforms.

Not only is this manual process tedious, there’s a high likelihood of errors due to incorrect or incomplete data.

That can lead to friction in the buyer journey, resulting in a slower sales process, frustrated customers and lost revenue.

Fix disconnected systems

View important data in a single spot: HubSpot

When all of your systems share data with HubSpot, you’ll have a single source of truth to make informed business decisions.

Even better, automated integrations reduce manual work, which saves hours of time, improves data quality and reduces the risk for errors.

That means you can focus your time and effort on growing your business, not doing tedious and repetitive tasks.
